  1. Are you going to pick that last DT as one of your bench players, or in the regular slot? Just wondering if we're allowed to draft four of each without using a bench spot.
  2. I don't think he has been selected. http://www.talksox.com/forum/589820-post1510.html
  3. Better hope the offense doesn't realize and they just run the ball.
  4. Agreed on all counts.
  5. Better get to the QB lol.
  6. In this case, that's probably a good point, as a DT going from a 3-4 to a 4-3 isn't that difficult a transition. However, if possible, I think it's a good idea to draft a player that is used to playing the system that he's going to play on your team.
  7. I guess one of those is way more likely than the other haha.
  8. Alrighty. Good choice lol. One last word of advice - pick a DT that actually plays in a 4-3 scheme.
  9. Well, I really don't care if you play a 7-0 (it's your team), but your personnel is much better suited for a 4-3 defense. Other people will likely hold this against you.
  10. Thanks, that would probably be a good thing to understand before completing your defense lol. Good thing you asked suns.
  11. suns, I highly recommend going with a 4-3, in order to maximize Peppers' impact.
  12. The basic difference is that a 4-3 consists of four down lineman and 3 linebackers, while a 3-4 consists of three down lineman and 4 linebackers. However, the roles of the players are quite different in each system.
  13. Why? He was great for ATL with wider strike zones and pitchers with phenomenal control, but he’s a bad fit for today’s Yankees. I don’t want a pitching coach who doesn’t preach controlling the inner half of the plate.
  14. Haha, it would have been funny if one of them ended up with someone like Jon Kitna as their starting QB.
  15. Yeah, Flynn, draft a QB with your next pick (or don't, just my advice). Who knows what will be left when the draft gets back to you.
  16. I don't think anyone were going to start drafting backups until now, anyway.
  17. Agreed. However I would like to know if, in addition to the two backups, we can draft an extra DT or ILB (depending on whether we're playing a 3-4 or a 4-3). The space already exists on the chart. I'd be in favor of that, because of the defensive flexibility it would allow for.
