Okay first of all the COOLEST thing happened to me yesterday. My high school football team had dinner last night, so were at one of the guys grandfathers houses. His grandfather walks in and says I invited a friend over you might like we're all uptight wondering who it is etc etc. Sure enough Harold Reynolds walks through the door. We all sit around him in the dining room and he starts telling storys and talking baseballand life and everything. It was cool but anyway to the point. We asked him who he thinks will get signed and resigned he said he'd be very surprised if Pedro resigned because he said he wants to go to the Marlins and that we should focus on Lowe and V-Tek the free agents really aren't the point of the story I just needed and excuse to brag about having dinner with HR .

Hopefully everything works out because we have him for 3 more years ( a one year option kicked in for winning the series) so if his ankle gets screwed up for some reason (which it won't) we're dead. -

Francona has done a great job and yes Torre made some mistakes but I'll jsut say t hat the manager is not a huge role of baseball Mckeon (sp?) said that alst year and I agree the manager can only do so much it's really up to thge players to perform but I will say francona hasd done a good job.

Psersonally I feel that game 6 is game 7 ifthe Yankees win obviously it's over if the Red Sox win i think there is too much momentum to stop them so personally I see todays (rain pending) game as huge for both teams not jsut us.

I cant' say I want a fight but we do need some sort of boost like good pitching (say if Arroyo pitchs like he did against the A's)

Beautiful performance by Pete that was amazing he hit 96 once or twice which proves he can still pitch that fast but chooses not to to save his arm (or thats at least how I see it) which is a good choice.

Personally I say we need Kaple because Trot can't really hit leftys. So far as close spots on the bullpen Kim should be left off so should Leskanic.

Pedro will be fine and Schill should be the #1 starter hands down he's just more durable. I will puke if Kim makes the roster.

Wow the O's screw us again jsut one question. Whats the big deal with him being there?

Franconas not that bad one thing I like about him is he usually learns from his mistakes. Thhere is no way he will leave Pedro out after the 7th in a short game if he does he should be fired promptly.

Don't worry about Pedro unless he's tired in which he should have told Tito so he could skip a start and rest up for the post season.
