  1. ^^What he said. I also hate how SOME Yankee fans say he's only doing good things for charity and helping families because he wants attention. They couldn't give him credit if he cured cancer for f***s sake!
  2. ^^^I must say, I agree. Empire hasn't been as annoying as he was before Oh well, I like it that way
  3. Well I'm glad after that first ******* said something people jumped on him and ripped him to shreds. Hate him while he pitches, hate him for being on the Red Sox, but my God..don't hate him and say he's only getting attention from this and that's his reasoning for helping a family. Seriously...f*** that ******** who said that.
  4. ... Yeah, I'm sure he used ketchup on that sock. Are you some doctor? Do you really know if that blood was still wet? If it was a dry spot, then no, the spot would not enlarge. And the spot wasn't a f***ing square, it wasn't meant to be even if it looked like one. And so what if it was? It's not impossible to have a shaped bloodstain you know.
  5. No, the last post on page 3 pretty much dealth with the defense. Then we just added salt to the wound
  6. I guess that's what winning a WS does. Brings in the fans who only want to see winning, then bash if we don't. LAY OFF YOU HO BAGS.
  7. Dunno you, but if stats and numbers are up your alley, you'll fit well here Welcome!
  8. Do we face that kid Santana again? Was fun watching him pitch.
  9. ^^That's true, I just checked statistics. So I guess I'm banking on time then, eh? lol. I still have faith in his capabilities. And Riverside, yeah lol, I posted in that thread then came over here to see this crap.
  10. Also, how can you say Pedro was sucking when Tek caught him? He only went deeper into games because MIRABELLI WAS CATCHING HIM??!?!? ********. For the past near-decade, Tek has been the catcher that Pedro/Lowe knew. Tek's success made them good pitchers, along with their God-given talent.
  11. IMO...you're jumping on him too early...like a lot of people. NO.
  12. 'Belli looks better because Wakefield throws one pitch all the time. I could make 'Belli look bad as well. "Look, here comes the first pitch knuckleball! TOLD YA!!!" ... Also, 0-2 high fastballs are common throughout the MLB. It's called high-heat. Also known as trying to get the batter to chase a ball up and out of the zone. So...the best offense in the league, yes, you win behind them, but Wells throwing a complete game against the Orioles last night, while holding them TO 1 RUN is s***** pitch-calling? Explain.
  13. The same ol' Schilling you are referring to is actually the abnormal Schilling. With each start he has, his velocity goes up (today, consistent around 92-95 with his fastball) and he was hitting his spots very well. Let's not forget that the White Sox are also the best team in the AL (record wise, and Ozzie Guillen plays a lot of smart small-ball). He's only going to get better. It's not only going to take 4, 5 starts for him to get better. Time is essential. After todays solid performance, against a very well-rounded Chicago ball club, I would expect a good amount of success in his next start, against the Yanks
  14. Just reflecting on the good ol' memories
  15. Sad end to a great career. It's sad to see the best receiver in NFL history have to end like this, getting cut Thanks for all the good times Jerry!!
  16. Yeah but we also ALWAYS find a way to make rookie pitchers look like all-stars. Kazmir in the future could very well be one of those, but they just scare me. Mainly because we've never seen them before.
  17. Kazmir, Davies, the list goes on and on...now Maine? Please God no. (Yes, I know Kazmir's not a rookie, I was referring to last year as well.)
  18. lol Riverside, your new avatar throws me off with all the white now, used to be a lot of blue.
  19. He even said it was an wind ball on a short post-game interview. He didn't think he hit it with enough power to get out. That being said, I look at Millar's stats and then decide whether he sucks or not. Like elsrbueno said:
  20. Wow, Olerud with 6 of the 7 runs of tonight's game. Amazing, absolutely amazing.
  21. YES OLERUD, and Millar, a little bit. Cora grounds out, but got the tie back. What a series full of homers huh?
  22. Arroyo seriously has been sucking recently. That trade for Burnett was starting to look pretty good as well I dunno, it's just his inconsistency that kills me.
  23. Sweet. Let's hope the Skanks don't pull of a 5-run 9th
  24. That could be a gift from the Heavens for you...
