    Why would you want Zito? Especially at Fenway? He's a soft tossing Fenway who would face a majority of righty batters with the monster in left, and that's a formula for disaster. I would love Matsuzaka. Why did you leave Breslow out of our bullpen? How about instead of paying for a FA lefty, we just call up Breslow? He's been absolutely dealing in the chances he's been given.

    For the record...Seau had the second highest tackle total yesterday with 8. I know it's one game, but if he isn't even a shell of his former self, he shouldn't even be coming that close to leading the team in tackles. I'm excited to see how Gabriel will do. If he can get 500+ receiving yards and a few TDs to compliment that while playing behind Porter and Moss with Collins at QB ... I'll take it, especially with Brady now throwing to him. We'll see. Only time will tell. As for you, Papelboner, that was an example of a post that has nothing but troll qualities:

    You forgot Gabriel. If he was able to receive 500+ yards last year behind Porter and Moss with KERRY COLLINS throwing to him, I'm not too concerned. We have 2 first rounders next offseason. I would love a linebacker and a wide receiver.

    Well, if history holds true and it carries over to this season (which is unlikely with the experience and talent that the Seahawks have), no Superbowl losers have put up a .500 season the year after. It's true for the 2001 Giants, 2002 Rams, 2003 Raiders, 2004 Panthers, and 2005 Eagles. This could be true for the 2006 Seahawks. The last team to put up a .500 season or better after losing the year before was the 2000 Tennessee Titans after losing to the Rams in the superbowl and putting up a 13-3 record the following season.

    Well, you were defending me when there was nothing to defend me from. I appreciate it, but I don't need to be defended when I take no offense to something.

    "Our team" is worse than the Royals, and it was back then during the massacre as well. It wasn't anything special. The AL East race is over. It's obvious. If we take shots at your players, like Cory Lidle (who has been a scab by the way), just let it go.

He wasn't giving me s***, he was pointing something out that was actually painfully obvious and I acted stupid to it. ORS would expect that if he did something stupid, someone would make light of it like he does to others. Please don't defend me or say that I'm getting s***. I'm not, and I don't need your defense.     This is why I've mentioned over and over that I want Breslow to be with the team full time next year. He's shown that he can really deal, and being a lefty, that makes him all the more valuable.
