Last season, the Blue Jays were a thorn in Boston's side. Now, Reed Johnson is on the DL for two months, BJ Ryan is there too, and Troy Glaus is out as well. This is a tremendous time for the Sox to carry the hot bats into Toronto and put a few games with the Jays behind them. The hardest I've ever laughed was probably when Dennis Leary and Lenny Clarke visited the NESN booth for a game against the Tigers last season. Well, I know that I watched WMP's FIRST FULL GAME/START of the year...

I like all of the match-ups. I'm confident with every starter (minus Tavarez) going against the Yanks. Schilling, Beckett, then Matsuzaka is a great set. Then Matsuzaka and Wakefield is a good pair as well (Wakefield always pitches the Yankees tough). It also helps to know that Tavarez would be going up against Rasner most likely (that's what I thought, at least) or some other Yankee scrub. I don't think he's going against Pettitte.

Do you have mlb.tv? That's how I watched it. Bottom of the 7th when JD Drew was up. They also do a quick flashback during O-Cab's AB in the top of the 8th.

LMAO. Just watched it. The guy went for a foul ball, and had Anderson run into him and ended wearing the beer in his hand. Then, this guy like 5 rows down and to the right chucks a piece of pizza in Anderson's direction, but smacks the guy who's wearing the beer right on the back of the shoulder, leaving an outline of tomato sauce deliciousness.
