    with JoHnson, our pitching would be unstoppable. Take at look at the rotation. Pedro Randy Curt Wake ? Those first 4 are enough to make me drool, and i dont care if our 5th pitcher is some unknown. That would be awesome.

    i somewhat agree and disagree with you, but i still say give Millar a chance. Wait until a few weeks after the all star break, and then see how he was doing. AFter all, wasn't millar like 3-5 yesterday?

    speaking of other positions, i remember Kapler playing 3rd base in spring training. He made some nice plays. I think he could fill in sometimes at 3rd base.

    if pedro has a strong first inning, the game is ours. He needs to breeze through the early innings. that is important.

    i disagree. Varitek just had i think 3 of the last 4 days off. The rest if good for him. And the allstar break is coming, so wait till after that. ALso, Mirrabelli is not ready for the starting role, and he most likely wont be for a long time. He is a backup catcher, and a really good one. I just dont think he is ready to start.

    huge night in the field or with the bat? No i know you mean batting, but Manny has been pretty nasty in left field. A lot of running catches into the wall, and hes showing more hustle. Im very proud.
