    I am not really liking the way this game is going so far. Leaving runners on. Inconsistent pitching. Doesnt add up to a win. We need the hitting to pick it up and win it for us tonight.

    They had a great draft this year. I think theyll compete for the division. Frye is going to be good, tough rebounder, good inside guy. David Lee will be a pretty decent player. They also got Q-Rich and Nate Robinson in a pretty much rape trade for Kurt Thomas. They have Jerome James, Marbury, Tim Thomas, Sweetney. Theyve got a very solid team, just need maybe 1 more big guy. Edit - Jamal Crawford too.

    If I remember correctly, we have never been good against Kazmir. Miller has been bad lately. I dont have a good feeling about tonight, but we need to sweep this series, it IS necessary. No reason to lose games to teams like Tampa, especially when you are playing bad baseball..

    Cora was safe though... by at least half a step. Whatever, those umps sucked anyways. But am I the only one who feels a little bad for soxie? She is like, the only one who defends Bellhorn, and just because she likes him you call her out? Pretty funny if you ask me. But yeah, you are right, I would take Bellhorn over Cora 10 out of 10 times.

    Welcome to the site. Dont worry, there really isnt any bitterness toward the Steelers here, thought they did beat us Halloween night. But then we messed them up in the playoffs, so thats all that counts. STEELERS SUCK, haha, jk. Steelers actually have a pretty good team this year, I like their offensive style a lot with Staley and Bettis. Too bad that Pats are just too good.

    We didnt get screwed. There were s***** calls all around. When somethings not going your way, all the s*** hits the fan. Dont complain about this, as there are other times where Yankees fans could complain about terrible calls (i.e. Bernie Williams in the 3rd game). I am not really worried abotu it though, they were terrible all around, whatd you expect? Oh, and when Mueller came up as the winning run at 5-3, I swear I almost had deja vu, and I predicted a homer.

    To be honest, I have no idea what the hell is going on with Pierce. Right now, Pierce is the best they have, and at 13 million dollars, its better than some other contracts on the team (i.e. Raef LeFrentz - 10 million, Mark Blount - 6 million). I think those two should be opitions first to get done, but whatever Ainge has gotta do, hes gotta do.

    Tito needs to learn that to win, especially vs. the Yankees, we need to play our best lineup. And our best lineup doesnt involve Kevin Millar in right field. It involves Trot Nixon there, and until he is hitting .200 or something like that against lefties, he should play against them.

    Yeah, the youth is scaring me. That was the only reason why I wanted Antoine back, just for his leadership. But it was obvious that he wasnt going to accept a lesser role, so I think it was the right move for him to go. Pierce is really going to have to step up though, and now we will really get to see if he is one of the true superstars of this league.
