welcome to the site.... It's amazing that you will be seeing your first sox game ever and you'll never ever in your life forget the first time you step into Fenway and see the field, i know that i havent forgotten.... its completely breathtaking

i agree with not taking your kids to the sox-yanks game if you dont want them learning those words.... but you cannot keep your kids from hearing these words.... i learned alot of horrific stuff in school that if i told my parents they would be dumbfounded, you cant keep everyone from not saying these things... you should know as a baseball fan that this is the type of stuff that happens at baseball games esspecially sox-yanks games

i think nomar is more important than pokey all around..... Nomars bat is way better than reese and the only reason nomar makes more errors than others is because he gets to more balls than alot of players with his great range and then he ends up throwing some away but the thin is he still gets to more balls

i didnt get to watch tonights game only the last min. but that last min looked pretty good but coulda been better if they tied the game... atleast we kno they gotta come back to boston

i think its a pretty good move because I'm going to the yankees game friday and ive seen pedro pitch many times but i get my first look at schilling

the expos would never come to boston.... i mean people that jus wana see a ball game would go but they wouldnt take a fan away from the sox i'd put money on that.... there was talk about the expos going to CONN but thats right in between yankees and redsox fans which i dont think the expos would get that much attendance and for them going to dc the same thin but with baltimore.... best bet i think is in Virginia

the thing i love about this year is how much baseball has changed all over.... i mean the tigers are 5-1 and brewers are 4-3 getting off to a hott start... the mariners were 0-5 now 1-5... i mean baseball has a different look which makes this year look to be one of the best ever..... atleast for now the first week or so into the season

ik boone broke his contract by playing basketball which it said he couldnt in it but if i was him....i wouldnt think about going back to the yankees... they after all did re-lease him... just my 2 cents

even though they lost today.... its was a great game with i think the best fenway atmosphere i have ever been part of..... it seemed like nomar and schilling got the loudest ovations, but nomars was by far the longest....had a lil trouble wit our tickets but everythin worked out good.... got to sit 4 rows from the firstbase line for the last 3 inning of the game.... i had my sausage outside of the park greatest ever made.... great day except i had to jump out of a moving train on the way home because we were on a double decker and they didnt give us barely anytime to get out and they couldnt stop the train... thats pretty much the highlight of my opening day -

i think i tripple is the most exciting hit in baseball... i like them a lot more than homers... sure wen i was younger i loved homers no matter how many of them were hit but nowadays they kinda get old wen someone hits one like every inning

ill admitt wen they first put Foulke in i was kinda scared cuz i didnt know how he'd be cuz of the way he was in ST but he proved him self to me today
