    If by right-center you mean the grandstand section right next to the bleachers, they're decent seats. You don't need to crane your neck if you have straight on seats, but some sections are tilted away from the plate so you have to turn your body. Post exact section numbers if you want so we could help out more precisely.

    There have been so many tickets questions asked recently that its gotten to be a mess. All threads were merged into this one.

    I tend to agree with you. Booing a person based on performance helps no one, and it happens too much in Boston. We're overly negative fans, its a fact that we have to live with. Players know when they aren't performing well, the fans don't need to boo them out of town for them to realize this. Point in case: Derek Lowe as a failed closer. I don't boo people based on performance, I boo on attitude. If a player has a bad attitude/ does something wrong, boo him mercilessly. Jason Giambi is the player most deserving of boos in baseball. And A-Rod.

    Everything thats said about the sox needs to be taken with a grain of salt. When someone says "Curt who?" they most certainly do not mean that Curt is worthless. Sarasoxfan is right, lighten up guys. It was a compliment to Clement and should be viewed as such, since he is certainly deserving of comparison to Curt for this year and this year alone. There's little doubt that he's been more valuable to the team than Curt has since the start of the season. Hell, he's won 5 games! Curt's on the DL. As much as we love Curt, he's injured and there are other people on the team who warrant respect.

    Looks like he's going to be out there for the 9th as no one is warming up. Great to see a good outing from a starter, especially with our somewhat shaky bullpen.

    If I weren't so lazy I'd bust out the 'ole photoshop and make a Katie Johnson or a Randy Brownell. By the way, she gave up 15 hits in her next start. All that pressure got to her head.

    It was pretty close really, it was probably a strike. It was definitely an argument out of frustration for having just struck out. He got tossed INSTANTLY, he turned around, made a face, and then got ejected. He was bumping up against the ump and everything, Ortiz had to restrain him, and Francona came out basically trying to get ejected, he looked somewhat heated too. I feel bad for the umps that they constantly have to take this kind of crap, but its nice to see that Renteria actually cares enough to argue a call and get ejected. We need passion on the team dammit!

I think mlb.tv has a backlog of games that you can watch, although I'm not sure, and if they do have a backlog im not sure theres anyway you can see the games without subscribing. Hopefully someone else can chime in. Oh, and welcome to Talksox. I hope you stick around.

    NESN should do all games widescreen like they do on Wednesdays. It's great watching baseball like that. I would assume UPN finagled the rights to Friday games for monetary reasons. Sox are a big deal in New England.
