    This weekend is kinda boring for talksox. Yesterday was the slowest day we've had in a while, and today isn't shaping up to be much better. Summer weekends, oh well. Might as well go out and enjoy the sun. I'm going to six flags tomorrow! woohoo.

    I'm getting severe weather alerts up the wazoo, lightning has struck my house, and its been raining on and off. I guess a few miles makes a difference. When it does rain its the hardest rain I've ever seen. It would probably hurt to be outside.

    Right. The shocking part is that we hadn't heard ANYTHING about Derek Lowe's behavior prior to this. It seemed like he had a good family thing going, and was an all around good guy. Now all of a sudden he just wants out and tells his wife so in blatant terms? What the hell is wrong with him.

    I'm glad someone got it. Anyways, had this game been against any other team besides the Royals, we'd be talking about a 5-1 homestand here.

    Should be intense to see Clement back on the hill. He's absolutely gonna get a warm reception from the Fenway faithful. Anything other than a sweep will be disappointing.

    If they don't sign Matsui, they're screwed against us. He's a Red Sox killer through and through. I dont understand how this guy does it to us, but he's consistently hitting homeruns and go ahead RBIs. I HATE the guy. Plus he always loses his hat in the outfield. Psh, what s show off.
