I haven't been keeping up with him too much, but talk about a consistent starter for the Dodgers!

He's had ERAs of 3.61, 3.63, 3.88, and 3.74 so far in his four years.

WHIPs of 1.25, 1.27, 1.27, 1.19 so far.

He's struck out and walked nearly the same amount of batters each year.

The only disparity is W/L, and that really has very little to do with him. Crazy consistent.

d lowe, the guy who wasnt offered a nickel here after he dominated the post season in 2004,is a free agent this year...3.65 era in the nl west doesnt really impress me as much as his consistancy does, that was his major detractor in boston, nobody knew what he was going to bring when he showed up.

heres his #s

2005 32 LAD NL 12 15 35 35 2 2 0 0 222.0 223 113 89 28 55 146 5 3 934 1 2 3.61 4.10 114 1.252

2006 33 LAD NL 16 8 35 34 1 0 1 0 218.0 221 97 88 14 55 123 5 3 913 2 2 3.63 4.49 124 1.266

2007 34 LAD NL 12 14 33 32 3 0 0 0 199.3 194 100 86 20 59 147 1 3 831 2 1 3.88 4.57 118 1.269

2008 35 LAD NL 8 9 23 23 0 0 0 0 143.7 137 67 59 11 34 105 0 0 586 4 0 3.70 4.41 119 1

hes giving them 35 starts a season with 210ip per year

his win loss #s eat cock but he's giving them quality starts essentially every time he touches the ball.

Pretty sure you meant that in a way other than the one I read it.

Nice to see. The NL West has been kind to DLowe.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing him back in a Sox uniform. I doubt he'd ever come back here.

he didnt leave in good terms and the front office also did a hatchet job on him leaking the booze, the broads and their concerns to the media

nl west is a pitchers paradise

those spacious ball parks and soft lineups do wonders for your personal stats.

Coors and Chase Field are both hitters parks.

ya i was

he was the best pitcher in the nl up till the point where i wanted to trade the city of pawtucket for him.

schilling was an nl west guy too for the record

schmidt was throwing 98 and winning in sanfrancisco, even led them to a world series that they had in the bag till their bullpen ate it.

something happens once they sign in l.a. and its obviously this guy is finished after 2 years in the trainers room.

coors was a hitters park till they humidified the ball, chase is where the dbax play?

the ball carries well, luis gonzales hit 58 hrs there but arent their dimensions sort of long in the power alleys and dead center?
