I was in the ultimate state of Jubilation each and every time he went back for another interview.

 

I knew Luccino, Henry, and co. werent that stupid that they would actually hire this guy.

I cant even believe we considered him honestly, even more interviewed him 3 times. I didn't mind the WHite Sox guy, though he wasn't as proven as I would like, then again theo wasn't either

Theo was Beane's minion? Theo came from SD with the new ownership but never from the A's. If you mean his thinking - then he was somewhat in the Beane mold but not as much as you might think - I mean he won a WS.
