Kind of reminded of what happend to clement except with was with a broken bat. A lot more dangerous. I mean that could have killed him. Very disgusting to watch, I didn't see any blood so I'm just hoping that it just shook him up and he will be ok.

He's a decent stand up guy. I am a Red Sox fan, but if a Yankee players goes down like that I take no pride in that, and wish for the very best for him. Us Sox fans have had to go through people getting hurt during games this season: Clement, Trot, Foulke (BP practice), Wakefield 2 times

LOL, my mistake. The ball hit him, not the bat. I only saw it once, thought the bat came off and hit him.

Yeah, good thing he moved quickly or it would have gotten him in the face. The YES commentators said his X Rays came back negative, so he should be okay; I wouldn't be surprised if he missed a start though.

Yeah as a pitcher, i gotta say its not cool to have anything hit back at you and you never wish it on anyone. Hope hes alright and has the stones to get right back out and face live hitting again
