Everett Blasts from Past about red sox

He never says anything since he got to the white sox, and he's "turned the page" on the red sox, but his time at the white sox seems to be all about ripping the red sox. Contradiction, thy name is Carl Everett.

 

You know what, I've also turned the page. I've forgotten that good ol' crazy Carl ever played for the Red Sox. Seems to me he played on the team during those bad old days in the Duquette days that I've also mostly blocked out.

 

Incidentally, I like how the reporter sought out from the RS organization for a response, especially since Carl identifies Jim Rowe as a liar.A sterling example of journalism. I also like how the famed head butt incident was down-graded to a mere bumping of the umpire. Sounds like the reporter got a diploma from the Ken Harrelson Homer School of Baseball Writing.

You guys seem to forget how productive he was for you. Granted, he was a pain in the ass, I will always remember him for getting ejected at family day at Fenway Park for cursing at the umps, but the one sight that I will always see in my mind when I think of or hear the name Carl Everett is that little blooper falling into left field with 2 strikes and 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th inning, breaking up Mike Mussina's perfect game

 

Anyone remember that game where he flipped off the pitcher after hitting a Home Run? haha

 

Carl just needs to shut up, hes on the best team in baseball, thats what he should be focused on, not the Sox racist past.
