HELP - Boston Red Sox Fonts

Does anyone know where to find them?

ive been lookin/researching all around for it and heres what I have found:

 

-Go to timtastic.com...i think thats it...and click on dirty sox (pretty good red sox font) and download that. then go to start, then control panel.Then go to appearance and themes and on the side it says fonts( if you computer isnt like this then just find fonts)then if you have the dirty sox font as an icon you can just drag it into fonts then there you go! Just find where you downlaoded it and drag it to fonts.

 

-Check out "Coney Island" (oh the irony!) at fontalicious.com. Available for both Mac and PC. Truetype (for personal use only) is free

 

-1001fonts.com also has a pretty good font called "Beantown" It's not great for front-of-jersey lettering, but it copies the back-of-jersey lettering and the numbers pretty well

 

-I just came across this website...about 5 to choose from. all freeware!

-So here's the official proprietary font modeled after the original Red Sox handmade typeface:

By the original Big Papi, Dennis Ortiz-Lopez (you'll notice he's made fonts for the Astros, Pirates, Brewers, etc.)

The font by Lee Gordon "Bosox" font is a very good knock-off, most likely illegal but as long as you're not using it for commercial purposes you should be fine.

If you go to the message boards of http://www.sportslogos.net you will find a thread called MLB fonts. If you scroll through the thread, you will find where all of the fonts are available for free download. the sox numbers and name letters are the font called MLB RedSox, the front of jersey and logo letters are MLB Tuscan. It is from the lopez font that was linked to here.
