Jesus guys, they haven't blown it yet, get it through your heads. They still hold first place in the east by three losses, so calm down. It's doable, sure, but not a guarantee. Hell, the wild card is still not locked up.

yea, be happy with whatever we can get. if its the WC, so be it. thats all im focusing on until (hopefully), the red sox over take the yankees in the division. when and if that happens, thats when we can start focusing on staying ahead of the yankees.

everyone shouldn't get too cocky. just today we allowed 4 runs in the 9th inning. :-/ i was really hoping schilling would complete the game too, everyone was cheering for him, he totally breezed through the first 8. even with foulke we still gave up 2 more runs. it was a damn close game and i'm glad we won.

were all glad we won, but the fact is we arent getting too cocky, we know what needs to be done to get what we want, but i understand what u think. i think today was just stupidity. schilling could have easily finished out the game with a lead like he did. francona wanted to go the other way grady little did, as yeszir already said, and i agree with yeszir, schilling should have stayed.

 

the point is we won, and thats all that matters.
