I have sum questions

1)How doyou put a picture over that thing that gives ur rating?

2)How do u move up in ratings?

3)is it possible to get emailed to find out if sumbudy replied to ur topic?

Welcome to the site first of all. To answer your questions:

 

1) Go to "my controls" and look on the bottom left for avatar settings. You can select a pre existing avatar, upload your own, or point to one on the internet from there.

3) More posts = higher levels. But this should not be the be all end all of posting here.

3) Yes. Go to My Controls > Email settings and click "enable email notification by default".
