  1. I'm guessing that Shaw may change that to an earlier arrival.
  2. I read recently that the earliest Casas will be brought up is June.
  3. A good chance to klobber Kluger that inning. Oh, well, 2 runs is better than nothing.
  4. Pregame procedures: 1)Getting Tampa feed, so putting TV on mute. 2)Putting TEARS FOR FEARS in cd player. Ironically, the name of their cd is THE HURTING.
  5. Wacha(0-0) vs Kluber(0-0) Maybe tonight the SOX can score more than a couple of runs. Go SOX!
  6. No argument from me. I had the TV mute activated while listening to some alt. rock music.
  7. Tough break for Dalbec on that shot to 3rd. A weak hitter with no luck is a bad combination.
  8. Almost, but no cigar.
  9. Dalbec has owned Gausman today.
  10. Gausman has thrown 50 pitches after 5. That's what most of our starters have after 2.
  11. I would have just ended the sentence after 'play.'
  12. Almost a HR becomes an out. Well, at least VAZ hit it.
  13. 'Offense' as defined by the SOX: Annoyance or resentment.
  14. Looking at this SOX team I wouldn't be surprised if they snuck into the PO's at season's end. However, I also wouldn't be surprised if they just finished ahead of the O's at season's end.
  15. Story needs to elevate his game. Unfortunately, the city of Boston isn't that many feet above sea level. Story may have been a better fit in Atlanta.
  16. Correction: It was the BRUINS 12th time in the PO's over the last 14 years.
  17. Any chance the SOX can have the LF wall moved closer to HP?
  18. Off topic: The Boston Bruins, who probably won't win the cup this year, did clinch a PO spot a couple of days ago. It's their 14th straight year in the PO's. Go Bruins!
  19. I had no problem with Devers swinging at 3-0. He's the SOX most dangerous hitter.
  20. Having Devers swing at 3-0 tells you all you need to know about the SOX offense so far this season.
  21. I believe the SOX announcer just called the Jays' pitcher Burritos.
  22. I was hoping maybe the SOX could bring up a decent starter from their farm, but that hasn't happened since Buchholz.
  23. Damned if you don't and damned if you do.
  24. The SOX have 3 pitchers who would be 4's(Pivetta) & 5's(wacha & hill) on most contending ball clubs. Houck may be a solid 3 and EO is a solid 2.
  25. SOX better start scoring more runs. This starting staff is shaky. I like the BP and I don't want to see their arms fall off.
