  1. Do you think Dalbec would do better playing for a small market team where's there's less pressure?
  2. Story's speed for the most part has been wasted because he doesn't need to run from HP to the dugout.
  3. I've mentioned this before that Story resembles Napoli so much at the plate it's scary.
  4. That should move Danish ahead of Robles in the SOX BP rankings.
  5. I believe the SOX should hire a robotics expert to work on JD's swing.
  6. Is it possible to have a negative launch angle? I believe JD may possess one.
  7. At least the SOX apparently now have a true lead-off hitter.
  8. Fortunately for the SOX there's only two very good teams in the AL.
  9. The SOX will probably need more than 4 runs I'm thinking. And that is certainly not a given.
  10. So it has been a while. Thanks for the info.
  11. Which is a good thing; the complete opposite of ex-SOX E-rod.
  12. IOW's the SOX are not a great hitting team either, and the most disturbing part of that is the SOX offense has been pretty healthy this season, so there's really no excuse.
  13. Probably true, but then I'm not a mind reader, so I don't really know what his thoughts are. I was just speculating.
  14. Coming into this SOX series the Rays had scored 24 runs in 3 games against the Jays. When's the last time the SOX have scored 24 runs in 3 games. It's been a while.
  15. Btw, is Kike still amongst the living? Haven't heard any updates on him ever returning.
  16. Tonight just proves how good Kutter was last night.
  17. Well, the pattern this season has been not scoring with runners on 2nd and no outs.
  18. Pivetta gets a pass; he's been solid most of the season. Added pressure on Pivetta tonight because there's a rookie pitching tomorrow, so that probably didn't make his job much easier.
  19. The Cora rest days used to be one player at a time. Lately he's been 'resting' two players at a time. Is this how a manager gives his team the best shot at winning? But then I'm not a baseball genius like manager Cora.
  20. Offense? is still anemic. Had both of us fooled after the 1st inning.
