I think if we all accept the fact that Sale will no longer be that #1 top of the rotation guy any longer and at most a #2, we'll all be less frustrated.
Interesting. I believe at this point that Masa will be a big positive in the SOX line-up going forward. At this time I'm actually more concerned about Casas' progress than I am about Masa.
Throwing slow junk to Masa is doing him a favor because that's what he saw a lot of when playing in Japan. What he didn't see much of in Japan was 95+mph fastballs. Those are the pitches he has to adjust to.
I believe the SOX were 10-19 last April, so they've improved on that. However, last year's team did have a great May. Not too sure this current team will have a great May.
