  1. C'mon, Booser. Sober up.
  2. Whether it is or not, this Pirates' team is nothing to write home about.
  3. Not lately. The SOX, otoh, since 2012 have been either very good or very bad. Nothing in between.
  4. Triolo is probably the Pirates' best everyday player.
  5. A lot of posts relating to how bad this SOX team is, when the real question s/b how bad are the Pirates?
  6. The SOX roster is so thin, the batters can't even risk arguing a call against these f'ing chUMPS.
  7. Bobby D was 0-33 going back to last year before his double Friday.
  8. Leslie Nielsen is rolling around in his grave.
  9. MLB has an unlimited supply of s***** chUMPS.
  10. And playing pretty good defense.
  11. This lineup has been good bang for the buck.
  12. Just finished listening to the new Black Crowes' cd HAPPINESS BASTARDS. Real good; they're back to their original roots.
  13. I think it's getting to the point to bring up some AA players. But, seriously, the SOX are over .500. Can this team just continue to overachieve? Stay tuned.
  14. Never thought I'd see the day when the SOX had two Tylers.
  15. "Gone to graveyards every one."
  16. Casas may get Wally Pipped by Reyes.
  17. The SOX hitting coach apparently believed "swing hard in case you hit it." He's changed his philosophy of late "don't swing hard because you'll probably hurt yourself."
  18. Great question. May I call a friend? I'm guessing if there was a player with a lower WAR than Reyes, he'd be in today's SOX line-up.
  19. By June he'll be completely forgotten. Return to those days of yesteryear when teams had a 4 man staff. Only kidding. These current pitchers can't even stay healthy with 4 days off and a pitch count.
  20. Pittsburgh manager wondering who in this line-up doesn't he want to beat his team.
  21. There were 100 hits in last night's game. 50 by each team. Finishing 2nd and playing the Laffs was much better than finishing first and playing the Bolts.
  22. Rafaela Duran Refsnyder Abreu Wong Dalbec(3B) Reyes(1B) Heineman(DH) Valdez Casas placed on 10 day IL. Heineman is a 32 year old catcher with a gun for an arm. DFA'd by the Mets during the off season. Acquired by SOX for cash considerations.
