  1. Duran Devers(DH) Refsnyder(LF) Abreu(RF) Reyes(3B) Dalbec(1B) Hamilton(2b) McGuire Rafaela Anderson vs McKenzie(RH) Obviously, I don't know if the SOX are gonna win or lose today, but I do know that this Guardians' team is not as good as their record. Hopefully, the SOX can again today bring Cleveland closer to where they should actually belong. Go SOX!
  2. Kwan has had a kwantity of hits so far this season. I believe he leads the league.
  3. During the middle of the 8th inning at Fenway the song SWEET CAROLINE will be replaced by OH SOLO MIO.
  4. Wong goes long! Another solo. So long.
  5. Most improved player since 1st week of season award goes to Wylie.
  6. Cora revealed earlier that to minimize future torque injuries he planned on employing more bunting.
  7. BTW, is Devers one swing away from joining the group on the IL? Stay tuned.
  8. To deal with the insurmountable injuries, the SOX FO has increased the size of their medical staff. When questioned about the injuries to the SOX, JH responded " some of the money saved on free agency can now be allocated to a much larger medical staff." JH immediately left, saying he was headed to his counting house to count all his money.
  9. In the words of Chester A. Riley "What a revoltin' development this is."
  10. Zack Kelly has been called back up. Problem solved.
  11. Brayan Bello has just been placed on the 15 day IL with lat tightness. Will someone please play the SUICIDE IS PAINLESS music.
  12. Criswell vs Carrasco(RH) It appears from the MRI that Casas has a fractured rib from a hard swing. He's looking to be on the IL for 6 months. To help remedy the situation the Cubs have just recently DFA'd their 1st baseman Garrett Cooper. He's an 8 year veteran with an OPS+ of 109. If the SOX FO has any interest in making this team half-way competitive, they will make a large effort to snag this guy. Obviously, Dalbec and Reyes aren't the answer. Btw, Cooper is also an above average glove at 1st and he bats from the right side. I have no confidence this FO jumps at this opportunity.
  13. Although I'm not sure being a reliever would reduce his injury proneness. According to my computer, 'proneness' is a word.
  14. Timing is everything. The SOX are playing Cleveland at the wrong time,
  15. The FO didn't give Cora much of a choice. I do agree Whit s/b a reliever.
  16. On a positive note, imho, Wylie has been very good offensively and defensively. He's a keeper.
  17. As soon as the SOX were down by two, Cora knew the game was over.
  18. Except for their feelings, no SOX was injured tonight, at least I think so.
  19. I guess one could call this game SWINGING IN THE RAIN.
  20. The SOX are due for a 3-run homer.
  21. When do we play the Pirates again?
  22. Hey, solo HR's are the SOX domain. Live by the solo; die by the solo.
  23. Booser's had TJ surgery and suffered a broken back from a car accident. IOW, the SOX kind of guy.
  24. My BRUINS got beat last night, but, at least, they had 41 hits.
  25. Wasn't that special?
