  1. 15 HR's, 73 RBI mainly batting 9th in the order. Yes I do, but i know responding to your question is a waste of time. Oh yeah, he's also an excellent CF, but I know that doesn't interest you.
  2. This Guerrero has some good stuff. He's been impressive since his call up.
  3. 10 walks and counting. Ya don't see that every game. Kirk should put his target outside the strike zone causing his pitcher to throw strikes.
  4. Capt. Kirk of the Jays has made some excellent plays behind home plate.
  5. Story may not function smoothly on offense, but he's a well-oiled machine at SS.
  6. Another good start by a SOX pitcher. It hasn't been the starting pitching that's kept the SOX from the PO's.
  7. Duran has a good chance of doing something only Ty Cobb had done. Not too shabby.
  8. Fred would have also hated Paul Blair of the 60's and 70's Orioles.
  9. Fred has no concept about the importance of defense. But he will bitch about errors.
  10. As a rookie Rafaela is 2nd in the AL in hits and 1st in RBI. Why don't you cut him some slack.
  11. Here's a weird offensive stat for the SOX. The lead-off batter and 9th place batter are 2nd and 3rd in RBI for the SOX.
  12. I noticed the Jays' city connect uniforms are black. I didn't know that Johnny Cash was from Toronto.
  13. Interesting how the SOX offense exploded immediately after shutting down Devers. Can't help but wonder where the SOX might be record wise if he'd been shut down a couple of weeks ago? Well, it's all 2nd guessing at this point.
  14. For some unknown reason my Xtra Innings package didn't broadcast the 2nd game yesterday.
  15. The closest I'd ever seen a SOX player hit 4 homers in a game was Will Miiddlebrooks. In a game at Toronto he hit a HR his 1st 3 times up and on his 4th time up he hit a deep fly out to LF.
  16. Duran is the leader on the SOX. The same way as V-Tek used to be.
  17. Very good job by Pivetta. I see no sensible reason to bring him back for the 6th. He's already thrown close to 100 pitches.
