  1. Opportunity knocks and the SOX thought it was Jehovah Witnesses.
  2. Beni-the rose between two roses.
  3. A couple more runs would be welcome.
  4. No one in the booth has said different, so I'm guessing Kimbrel is available tonight.
  5. Damn, OB. Give us some kind of warning before you break that kind of news.
  6. Now it gets bumpy. Your airbags may deploy, so be careful.
  7. JD has the perfect disposition for baseball.
  8. Nunez never disappoints; he only surprises.
  9. Jim Dandy! He knocked the stink off of that ball.
  10. Hey, Spud, sounds like you have a background in marketing.
  11. Lurking in the #9 hole is the SOX secret weapon. Be afraid; be very afraid.
  12. ODORIZZI. Sounds like a shoe insert.
  13. JBJ! He's more than a glove, at least I think he is.
  14. The only people who want Nunez playing 2nd is Cora, Nunez, and Nunez's family.
  15. Any inning where a pitcher retires the side on 10 pitches or less s/b referred to as a KOJI.
  16. You're asking a lot, Spud.
  17. Odorizzi just pulled a KOJI on the SOX in that inning,
  18. Unless Odoreasy becomes Stinkingeasy, this could be a long night.
  19. I think dumb is being too nice.
  20. I have to believe that Holt has a knee problem because nothing else makes sense why he wouldn't be starting at 2nd against a RH.
  21. A great name from the past. Considered the slowest runner to ever play MLB, Ernie still had a lifetime batting average of .306. Ernie, not surprisingly, holds the ML record for hitting into DP's. He'd hit the ball so hard to RF that on more than a few occasions he'd be thrown out at first by the RF. Said of Ernie "he was so slow it seemed like he not only had a piano on his back, but also the guy tuning it." But he was definitely a great hitter.
  22. KC has put up 6 against Sewerino so far in top of the 5th.
  23. I still have faith that DD will acquire a LH reliever.
  24. Btw, with all the excitement we mustn't forget JBJ's 2 run dinger.
