  1. John Valentin in 1996. A very good 3rd baseman for the SOX.
  2. Talk about rare, Dewey. Do you remember when the great Bill Mueller hit two grand slams in one game from opposite sides of the plate? Only player ever to do it. Btw, I also discovered that Mueller had a career batting average against the great Rivera of .455. Mr. Mueller should never be forgotten by SOX fans.
  3. Brock Holt hit for the cycle in 2015.
  4. I'd give Betts the slight nod over JD right now because of all the other tools Betts brings to the game. Trout shouldn't even be in the conversation at this point. I still believe that JD is the best hitter in MLB.
  5. You don't often see a closer with a 6.21 ERA. Maybe the Jays would be interested in POM.
  6. Damn, it wasn't a grand salami. Betts is the Bestt.
  7. Almost forgot. No sweat, the SOX will pull this one out.
  8. By losing 34 games so far, the SOX have already proven they can't win them all. By winning 35 games so far, the O's have already proven they can't lose them all.
  9. Love to see Mookie hit for cycle. Hopefully, it's a grand slam. Not asking for much.
  10. It's remarkable that when the SOX take 2 out of 3, their winning percentage will drop.
  11. At the worst, the SOX will take the series from a bad team while the Yankems swept an abysmal team.
  12. Kinsler will be back soon, HOPEFULLY.
  13. Warning track power. A true oxymoron.
  14. And they're into ours.
  15. The SOX have a great team and the players like him. No, I'm not talking about Tito.
  16. Sometimes I think he's reading a book instead of watching his pitcher.
  17. If the Jays score 11, we're in trouble.
  18. I guess Cora using 7 run rule to rest BP.
  19. Smoak is on fire.
  20. POOR shutdown inning.
  21. Way over the luxury tax.
  22. 35 HR's and 99 RBI. That's a great full season for most ballplayers.
