  1. Have you been watching his at bats the last couple of weeks?
  2. VAZ has been consistent with the bat. Might have to move him up in the line-up.
  3. I'd call them extra sharp cheddar.
  4. Devers back to swinging at s*** pitches.
  5. If the Astros were cheese, they certainly wouldn't be Swiss. No holes on that team.
  6. Btw, congrats to the BRUINS for sweeping the Candy Canes and making it to the Stanley Cup finals. For all the Boston haters out there, I apologize for the Celtics.
  7. Hopefully, that was Cole's last inning. Btw, JD, great a hitter as he is, cannot resist swinging at outside and low sliders. I believe most of his K's are from that pitch.
  8. I want to make a correction to a post from last week where I stated there would be no AL teams winning 100 or more games this year. Houston, playing in the weak AL West, should definitely win 100+ games this season.
  9. Not optimum? And I thought I was hard to please.
  10. X-man and Chavez. Chavez was ranked 79th in the top 100 prospects. So much for rankings.
  11. Just pulling your leg.
  12. Another good thing about a strike out is that it takes an error out of the equation.
  13. Back in Babe Ruth's early years a ball that bounced out of the ballpark was called a HR.
  14. Moon, that is a most depressing post. Shame on you.
  15. Cora having E-rod pitch in the 7th may not only cost the SOX the game, but it probably didn't do E-rod's confidence level much good. A bad decision all the way around.
  16. For the fans at the park extra innings for the SOX is not free baseball; it's losing baseball.
  17. I knew I forgot one. I also knew a base hit was out of the question.
  18. Why is Nunez still here? Oh, that's right, have to wait until Pedey is 100%.
  19. Balk, wild pitch, passed ball, error, walk. 5 ways the SOX can win with Nunez at bat. The walk may be a stretch.
  20. The SOX have done quite well with pop-up's of late. Would that be considered 'small ball?'
  21. Without mentioning names that park has the nerve to call itself a stadium.
  22. When OB mention Hembree, I flash back to Alan Embree from the 2004 WC.
  23. Let's go SOX. Walden deserves this win.
