On the bright side we could be Mets' fans. Freddy would love the Mets because they spend a lot of money.

The Sox have a surplus of clean-up relievers. Unfortunately, they will bring no value in a trade. In fact, there's a few the Sox couldn't even give away.

Hockey refs aren't even refs; they're game managers. And I seriously doubt they're well respected. I don't understand why the Nats' runner just didn't run over the mound and head for third.

Next to hockey refs, MLB chUMPIRES are the worst.

Breslow can be blamed for some things, but he can't be blamed for Mayer and Anthony being complete washouts so far this season.

He also may be one of the best bangs for the buck in MLB.

I certainly hope no matter whether the Sox are sellers or buyers that they keep Durbin. He did have a terrible start offensively this season, but, IMHO, he's a good ballplayer and would be hard to replace at the hot corner.
