    The Twins were in no hurry to trade Ryan. He's their Ace with 2 more years of control. The only way the twins were gonna trade him is to be blown away by an offer. Anthony and Tolle would have blown them away. No way the Twins didn't ask for those 2.

    If Brez had offered Anthony and Tolle, Ryan would be a Red Sox right now. When the Twins realized that Anthony was off the board, then anything else Brez offered wouldn't be close. I doubt the Twins' FO was interested in either Duran or Abreu.
