The only thing this game is missing is Bob Uecker in the booth.
-
Could it also be the starting pitching order?
-
He's automatic.
-
Dalbec bec bec bec gone! The comeback begins.
-
Maybe even let Marwin pitch an inning.
-
Perfect game for Andriese to close out.
-
Turns out it was a good day to rest Devers. Good call, Cora.
-
I'm also guessing that the next time you see Weber will be in the grill department at your local Home Depot.
-
I'm guessing Weber will be going on the IL for whiplash.
-
I was guessing that Tyler was referring to starters.
-
That why I posted about Jerry Remy.
-
My hope is that Sale returns as a starter and is close to what he used to be. I'm also putting my hopes on Richards getting his control back.
-
I think you've scored a BINGO.
-
Toronto's doing the 'launching;' Moon and I are just conversing.
-
I think you're looking towards the future, where I'm looking at contending this year.
-
True, but pitching being the elephant in the room, trading away one of the best closers in the league creates a bigger pitching problem.
-
Good point. Looks like the SOX are screwed.
-
Definitely, but I'd rather trade JD than Barnes.
-
I wouldn't want to trade Barnes.
-
If Bloom wants a good starting pitcher, he's going to have to trade one of the top 4 hitters. The only one that makes sense is JD.
-
I contend that you are correct.
-
Bloom is on the phone with John Henry trying to explain that this is a rebuilding year.
-
No reason to take Weber out. Let him work on some pitches while he's out there. Btw, might be a good idea to provide Weber and most of our starters with an L-Screen to prevent injuries.
-
I hope Remy's wife has prevented Jerry from watching these last two games. Definitely not good for his recuperation.
-
I don't believe any of the SOX top 4 hitters should be scheduled for a day of rest in the immediate future. But then there's coddling and then there's Cora coddling.
