That the Rays play in the same division as the SOX and Yankems, it makes their accomplishment even that more impressive.

Since 2008, the SOX, Rays and Yankems have had 7 90+ win seasons. The Dodgers have had 8. Like them or not, the Rays get a lot of bang for the buck.

True. Birch Beer is made with the bark of Birch trees.

Just checked on Amazon and discovered that PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH is still manufacturing Birch Beer. A 12 pack of 12oz cans will cost $22.00. Damn, that makes the Birch Beer sold locally seem like a bargain. Plus, it's sold in bottles, not s***** cans. I've just talked myself into obtaining a six-pack on my next trip to WEGMANS.

Another very fine start by E-rod. In regards to BUM, he was so worried about Gorkys and Owings, it messed up his concentration on the other batters.

Back in the 90's there was a company PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH, who used to sell Birch Beer at the equivalent price of other sodas. The company in my area, whose name I can't remember, is now selling a six-pack of 11oz bottles for $8.00. Must be a shortage of Birch trees.

6 hitters with 20 or more HR's; 3 hitters with an OPS of over .900; 3 hitters with over 100 runs scored; 2 hitters with 100+RBI and one other very close; and 1 reliable starter = no PO's.
