That's a good way to put it. Personally we are in the hunt for 1st at this point in the season where I though we'd be so out of it by now, and this team is fun, and can PITCH. It's all gravy. That we are battling for first is amazing fun with this crew.

Dangit. Tough series. It pains me the hitting isn't there and the pitching is. Exactly the opposite of the problem I thought this team would have.

Looking at our record. I've had about zero to complain about in the bullpen use department. We also have some help on the way. Although schedule wise, s*** is about to get real as far as competition.

A couple good relievers in the pen is the only thing that saves a manager from tar and feathering.

We all probably knew that was coming. And were hoping for a big of lead as we could have gotten before they starting coming up. Although I do think this Sox team might cause some problems in a NY series. You owe me Dalbec!!! The only reason you hit that was I questioned you earlier!

Darvish was half Iranian I think, so I could understand his height. I know nothing about Otani, there is no way he is full Japanese, or he is some kind of Japanese mongoloid. I heard Babe Ruth was kind of a mongaloid for his time, are we seeing the same thing Japanese style?

Brian Butterfield use to show up to games when I was young, it was a big thing. He'd talk to the coaches. He was a goofy baseball nerd type that no one could believe was kind of making it into real baseball at the time. He was a legend even then 30 plus years ago. Now 3rd base coach for the Angels. Maine guy
