    Owens has been projected as a number three starter at best. He has had his ups and downs. In the minors he had really good times where there was some false hope that he was better than a number three, then bad times where people then felt like he failed because of overly high expectation. I haven't ever seen him look over powering. But I think he is a work in progress and will fit in at some point. Just not an allstar.

There is something right about being home while playing the Yankees, and I will have some good chatter with my family and home state folks about the Sox this weekend.
