The GM and maybe the management team should go as well. Bobby wasn't Ben's choice, he got stuck with coaches he didn't want and tryed to work with a team that was going down in flames from last season, and had to manage with an epic number of injuries. Sure, Bobby gave himself some self-inflicted wounds, like Youk and others, but Cherington should be shown the same door. He's still a #2 man in the front office and doing on the job training with the Sox.
