And your entitled to your opinion. No need to get so emotional over it though. What I'd like to see is an end political correctness. Peralta yelled something stupid and now there is a witch hunt on to hang this guy. Guess what? Firing Peralta isn't going to end racism. It might make you feel good for a minute, but in the end, what does it change?

Thanks for the response EnFuego. IMO, It's unethical to fire people for acts they might commit. Peralta is guilty of opening his big mouth and yelling at a Sox player on the field. Nothing more. I'm guilty of profiling Peralta as a loud mouth, Italian, A hole, should I lose my construction job?

There are a few youtube videos of the cop's disciplinary hearings. I'm going on record as saying that the cop will be fired. Then he'll sue for damages and back pay and win. In the end, the tax payers will end up buying this guy a house. I don't agree with his actions, nor do I agree with the nanny state, knee jerk reaction that he must be punished because CC's feelings were hurt. My feelings are hurt whenever CC doesn't produce on the field.

I agree. Especially given Padilla's reputation. I don't mind an occasional intentionally hit batter, just not in the head. Had my own cranium re-enforced with titanium.
