  1. Quit hating bro.... How about you hate on lebron for once? Was he even on the court in the 2nd and 3rd quarter? Edit: and yeah stats-wise lebron had a great gm...30 and 13... But he had 18-9?? In the first half.... He cheked out in the 2nd half
  2. In his defense he gets pissed everytime anyone flops.... I swear he takes it personally lol
  3. 15-1 run to end the 3rd..... Gotta keep the intensity up!!!!
  4. I really wish the NBA would do something to discourage all the flopping in the league now a days.... The heat are the worst at it.... It wasn't even called ( thank god ) but when Garnett spun away from battier ( who is a pretty big freaking guy ) battier flung himself onto the floor.... Ridiculous Edit: and no, I'm not just hating on the heat, it's rampant throughout the league, the heat just do it more than anyone ( I've seen some stats about this somewhere )
  5. Your saying that the play they drew up with 20 seconds left and two of the best players in the NBA was for haslem to take the last shot? I may have read that wrong, maybe you were implying something else? I don't think there was any play, other than isolate James and let him Decide what to do?
  6. Can you name any series that Jordan was a " no-show " in the playoffs?
  7. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a lebron " hater" per say, I do realize that he's the best overall player in the NBA, but even as good as he is, it just seems that he can't take over a game in a crucial spot the way Jordan or magic did... And your right, the "star" shouldn't take every crucial shot, but it seems to me that lebron shy's away from them... Like the other night, some people say " he was triple-teamed"!!!! No, lebron dribbled into the strong side of the defense, he had an iso on the left side, with kg rotating over... Lebron could of gotten alot higher % shot if he went to his left than the 17-ft fadeaway with kg's hand in his face that haslem took Oh and I do believe alot of people " bashed " lebron for the way he was a no-show against the celtics in the playoffs when he was with Cleveland..
  8. No " real fan " would never of questioned Jordan?? Even haters respected the man? When Jordan had the ball down 1 with 20 seconds to go, you'd bet your life savings the bulls were going to win the game... For you to even speculate that people would of bashed Jordan like they do lebron makes you an idiot in my eyes, or your too young to have actually watched him play.. People bash lebron because he thinks he's the GOAT, When we all know there's only one #23....
  9. I think it's fair to say that Kobe is past his prime and " on his last legs " .... The fact that he had a horrible postseason in his career should not take away from every thing he has done previously? I don't even like Kobe, but I still realize the impact he has had in his career
  10. I don't need to see stats that skew things into lebron's favor..... I watched with my own eyes how he completely " mailed " it in against the celtics a few yrs ago ( last yr in cle ) and his 4th quarter numbers in the finals last yr, should make even the biggest lebron nut-hugger cringe.. The only people I've ever heard say that there is no "clutch" or "it-factor" are lebron fans, wonder why? We all know lebron's numbers are on par with MJ , magic , bird, but can you in good conscience say lebron belongs in the same company as those legends?? What separates them? The ability to raise their greatness to another level in the biggest of games on the greatest of stages.... Something that, I'm not saying lebron can't, but he hasn't done yet
  11. I don't have to read anyones columns to realize that lebron shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as guys like Jordan, magic, bird
  12. I would expect a lebron homer to say that, because he clearly doesn't have " it"
  13. I wasn't using that to determine who was better.... Just making sure you weren't so delusional about lebron as some people here My whole thing about lebron is... I can't even really explain it, he just doesn't have "it" ?? Jordan,Kobe, magic had " it " .....
  14. Ok I'll use their entire careers..... Please answer truthfully, and I do realize this only pertains to 1 aspect of their gms, but I just wanna know what your answer is.... Down 1, 12 seconds left in the game... Who's hands do you want the ball in? Lebron or durant
  15. Ok your right , chalmers is definitely weak, but he's playing way above his head this series? So you can't use chalmers as an excuse ( for this series ) soft big guys? Sure bosh is soft, but haslem is anything but? And also had an amazing gm yesterday... I'm not denying the fact that lebron is great... Yeah he's the best in the NBA, I don't think he's been the best in the playoffs so far... Durant was Jordan-esque the other night ( that's what you would-should expect from lebron ) and even though rondo's avg's aren't as big as either of lebron's or durant's, he's stepped his gm up more than anyone else in the playoffs Point is, lebron is doing his thing... He's averaging what he does for his career... But you expect the MVP to step it up in the playoffs
  16. He dribbled to the strong side of the defense?? Can the best player in the NBA not go to his left? Mike won 6 titles without a center? Look back 25 yrs and tell me how many teams have won a championship without an all-star center... Jordans pg ( Armstrong was a career 9pt 3 assist/gm guy? His teams had weaknesses too
  17. I can name a couple guys who averaged close to those numbers ( but fewer rebounds ) and between them they have 11 titles.... Yes, both had 1 other superstar, but their supporting cast was on par with miami's ( who have 2 other superstars, but since bosh has been out it's an even better comparison ) .... Ever heard of Michael Jordan or Kobe bryant? Yeah Kobe had a dominant shaq for 3 yrs..other 2 titles was on par with the heat Mike had Scottie, but pippen was a 20-7-6 guy... ( pretty similar to wades stats? ) and mik never had a center that anyone was worried about.... And no one of bosh's caliber.... Mike is the greatest, I'm not a Kobe fan, but those guys are winners..lebron doesn't even wanna take the shot to win the gm and most likely seal the series, guess who relished those opportunities? Mike and Kobe
  18. They're still laughing....... Just for the simple fact, you can not and will not get equal value for wade..... And then where does it end?? If they don't win then, trade bosh?? Your so ignorant and readily blame everything on everyone but lebron? Ever think maybe lebron just can't win??
  19. I'm not denying that they made a great comeback... But they went on a 16-4 run and then Boston snuffed it out.... No team can mount a 24 pt comeback "easily"
  20. ???? Boston dominated that game and then had a few minute stretch at the end where they played terrible, but still won by double digits ? Escaped?
