I am glad that he said something. I want to hear from Beckett and Lackey (don't expect to.) Their silence says more. I sincerely HOPE that the embarrassing stories challenge this team and players to work harder and play better next year.

I wish this team had a manager like Doc Rivers. He stresses TEAM - there is no I in team. (NOW I know that in basketball the players have to be in sync - but, this 2011 BoSox team did not seem to have a team spirit.)

I want players that care about winning as much as their fans. I want BoSox players that work hard all season long, be supportive of their fellow players and try to win each and every game.
