Jurjens....giving junk ballers hope worldwide.

I don't like the Sox approach the second time through their lineup by Jurjens. They seem to have recognized what he has been doing but they are still for the most part swinging at his pitch. They were swinging at off speed junk balls early in counts and now they are swinging at his s*** FB early in counts but they are still swinging at his pitch.

I know....a Subban in black and gold....gonna be sick. Watch, we will trade for his brother so that we have the world supply of hockey Subbans. We will be able to see film of one of them hacking a guy across the ribs with his stick while his goalie brother hacks the same guy across the back of the ankles with his.

I know that comment about Lester and AAA is tongue in cheek but the Sox don't have that option. These guys have got to pitch better and the Sox need another arm in that rotation.

More specifically this ump does not know where the outside edge is to either LH or RH hitters. These pitches are not even close....to many of these guys are complete embarrassments.

This ump has no idea where the outside edge is and Jurjens knows it. Really pissing me off.

Like I said earlier Lester still has that cutter but it often takes to long to get to it and in the mean time he is often up in the zone with both FB and curves....and changes. Tough to get by in this league on one pitch even if it is a great pitch....unless it is an exploding FB and even then......

Now this is what I don't like about the way Lester has pitched this year. One bad pitch now and the game is 5-0 Braves.

A one hit shut out so far...are you kidding me. Guy has been a sneaky ******* though. First time through started guys with off speed and breaking balls and had them swinging at that s***. Second time through has been throwing that s*** FB early in counts but the Sox have gone up there expecting more off speed and breaking stuff.

C'mon David....we need you to figure out how to hit a two run homer with nobody on. Another home plate ump with no idea where the outside edge is.

Geez it looks like 3rd base could have booted that all the way to the bag and still gotten AGons going down the line.

Back to Pedey that last at bat is the kind of stuff that really has me worried. He can't seem to generate any bat speed and Pedey without bat speed is pretty tough to look at.

Pulled the string for the K. Good job there. Lester has been a bit lucky not to be facing a better hitting team.

He is celebrating the fact that the federal government could not prosecute to save its ass these days and does not even know what it should be prosecuting nor what amounts to actual evidence any longer. Would like to see them have to spend their own money to pull this ******** and see who would get prosecuted then.

Pedey's swing now just looks terrible. Not sure I can be convinced that there is any healing going on while he is playing with this thing.
