I'm not sure I've ever seen a closer who throws so many strikes without also occasionally serving up terrible terrible pitches.

It's okay, I'd be mad too had Buch just destroyed my team. He's been brilliant to this point.

I thought Bedard actually did an admirable job of damage control. The real issue is that when the umpire refuses to give ANY corner to a pitcher like Bedard, who can hardly blow it past guys, he's basically screwed.

This is hands down the worst umpiring I've ever seen. I REGISTERED to post this comment. un-f***ING-believable. How many strikes did Bedard throw in that inning that were called balls? At least 6...
