It’s still one game and against a red hot Yankees team. There is no other better closer out there. Kimbrel is fine. Porcello wasn’t great tonight and just an awful night pitching wise. It is what it is. I hate losing to these *******s. But they are playing damn good baseball.

UGH f*** off. Poms performance with the offense tonight and we win. Zero consistency the last two nights. Unreal.

Our best pitcher this year plays tonight. Should be a win if we show up offensively. Then again.... Poms pitched a beauty of a game and we lost. Will be another tough one.

Wasn’t expecting this myself. I thought offensively we would bail out Poms. But he’s the only reason this is close right now. Definitely like what I am seeing from him right now.

Playing a hell of a game and looks confident with each pitch. Couldn’t have expected anything more so far. Offensively we are laying an egg.

If there was ever a game to win its tonight. This series has me nervous. Will truly show what Boston is made of. Drew can’t get off to a slow start like he has. Need at least 6 solid innings from him to have a chance. A slow start from him will kill any chance at winning.

This series is so much closer than what it looks. Bruins have been in every game. Just too many slow starts are catching up to them.

I’ve been saying this for the last few days that Porcello has been our most consistent best pitcher. Not even mad about that as he was MLB’s best 2 years ago so I am glad he found his groove. Very concerning that Poms has been playing the way he is. Seems to eventually settle down but it’s too late once he blows the first couple innings. Sale will be fine. I honestly have no worries about him. Price is scaring me. Played awesome in the playoffs last season and started this season fantastic but man has he been inconsistent lately. Maybe that injury is bothering him more than he cares to admit?
