  1. He looks fine. He keeps this up he will give us 6 strong. And if the offense keeps producing this is looking good.
  2. La is a good team. Sale looks damn good. Wasn’t expecting Sale to limit his pitches. Dodgers make you work for it.
  3. Sale is on fire. Another strikeout.
  4. Well. Up 2-0. I’ll take it.
  5. Martinez!!! Making Kershaw look silly!
  6. What the f*** are they reviewing??
  7. Holy s*** what a start!!!!
  8. Apparently I was responding to not the game thread. Lol. Sale looks awesome!!
  9. Hello????? I’m gonna stop posting now till someone else does. My girlfriend is making fun of me . It’s like high school all over again.
  10. I feel lonely. Am I the only one here
  11. Forum is up and running. Was down all day for me. Let’s get it!
  12. Been ready since we beat Houston! Let’s get this going!
  13. Sorry to hear You're going to be so disappointed then.
  14. It also depends what Clayton Kershaw shows up against us. His ERA for the year was fantastic but he is all over the place. He can go 8 shutout innings, or giving up 5 runs inside of 3 or 4 innings. Much like he did in the playoffs. Game 1 he only went 3 innings giving up 5 runs, but rebounded his next start with 7 innings and only 1 run given up. I guess same can be said about our pitchers. Regardless I have always given Kershaw a lot of respect. He can shut down the top of the order like nobody's business. Then again.... so can Verlander and we got to him in game 5 so who knows.
  15. I'm late to the party but I am going with 6 games, possibly 7. As many are saying the Dodgers are no pushovers. They were a bit of a sleeper team as their record was the 3rd or 4th worst coming into the playoffs. But this is a well rounded team. Top 5 in pretty much every category. Not to mention they were a game away from winning the World Series last year. With that said, Boston is on an incredible role right now and I think we win this series. But it won't be easy by any means.
  16. Bring it Dodgers.
  17. Lol agreed. He turned this team into a boring train wreck.
  18. Agreed! Although Yankees series had me much more worried. Kimbrel was a heartbeat away from giving that game away and the Yankees tying that series up. I was nervous throughout that entire series till the end. Houston believe it or not I really wasn't...... Even though there was a couple very close games I was never as stressed as I was against the Yankees. On paper we are 7-2 in the playoffs which is absolutely dominating fashion against the likes of the Yankees and Astros. But the Yankees made that series extremely close. Closer than meets the eye.
  19. How friggin dare you!!!!!! hard Target was fantastic.
  20. Amen to this. You know how many times I watch old Van Damme movies because his new stuff is just crap. Cherish those old memories. Sorry, I was zero help in this convo. One would think Van Damme will get back to the big screen again
  21. Agreed, they have been producing all year though. And they can swing the bats as good as anyone. They were even ahead of Houston in the regular season offensively. The Dodgers are such a sleeper team because record wise there was 6 teams better than the Dodgers in the playoffs. But this team is still top 5 in pitching, and top 5 offensively. They also had the best record last year and took Houston to game 7 in The World Series. This series won't be easy by any means..... If that is who we indeed get. If it's the Brewers then I dunno... lol. I honestly haven't followed them at all.
  22. We were actually pretty respectful when we lost to the Astros last year. We were mad and a lot of us wanted changes in management but we gave Houston a lot of credit for the season they had, same with Cleveland the year prior. I think we more get mad at the team, not the umps or the opposing team. But I am sure some of us do. Always some fans in every fan base that looks for excuses.
  23. In my opinion the Dodgers are just much better than the Brewers. Dodgers starting rotation all the way to their shut down closer is scary for any team to face. They will definitely give us a hell of a series. I haven't followed the Brewers much so I don't know much about them other than they got hot at the right time. Which can be dangerous..... I've seen way too many times a sleeper team get hot near the end of the season and go on a crazy run whether it's NHL, NFL, NBA or baseball. Both would be a tough series but I think the Dodgers would give us more fits so bring on the Dodgers. To be the best you have to beat the best!
