Last year proved that. We had a top 3 offense and we weren’t even close to a playoff spot lol. Without pitching a team goes nowhere. You could have a historic all time leading offense and still miss playoffs. With our current pitching, I don’t see us going very far But I have been wrong before believe it or not.

The team has won 4 World Series in 16 years. That is one every 4 years. In my eyes that is a pretty damn successful team. That’s the problem these days, as soon as a popular team has a down year or two or three..... people want to hop off.... think about people who cheer for the Mariners...... I’m looking forward to the upcoming Sox season.... as I always am. I don’t post much in the off-season as I watch the colts and am following them (9-4 baby). I will be there rain or shine for the Red Sox when they play game 1. I always am and always will be even if they finish dead last. That is what a fan is.
