  1. Call it what ever you want under manager, over manage. The fact is, Francona cant manage. It's like he goes through the motions until he gets to the post season. Well..its May 12th and we still haven't hit .500. I think its time to put the double bubble away for an inning or two and wake up Terry.
  2. By signing John Lackey? Who is a horse that eats innings and has been one of the most consistent pitchers in the league? Signing Jenks, who has been a full time closer for a championship team, to pitch in the 7th inning? Signing Wheeler who absolutely owned us last year? By signing Carl Crawford, one of the elite players in the game? And bringing in Adrian Gonzalez? The fact that players are under performing early in the season is the players and coaches fault. Theo is the last of our worries.
  3. http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRMDVyboc3YBebIw082usQjjTZZsaxjFqY34omogvynG97n9F0ZrA Idk, something about his face makes me want to put my fist right in his suck hole.
  4. Lackey is one of the biggest competitors in the game. I loved him in Anaheim because he always wanted the ball in big situations. You have to love that from a guy. It seems like since his wife was diagnosed with cancer he hasn't been the same. I read an article saying that he spent most of his off season time with his wife helping her get treated. That could have a lot to do with his poor performances. For some reason I still have a little faith that Lackey can turn it around...(don't crucify me )
  5. We are talking about the guy that kept sending Eric Gagne out night after night. Saying that he had a "3 headed monster". smh..
  6. As much as Lackey blows right now you have to tip your hat for him being out there with his family issues. I couldnt imagine being able to focus with my wife dying of breast cancer.
  7. I mentioned Torey Lovullo, Bobby Valentine, Lou Pinella, Cito Gaston.
  8. Of course you can..I am all for speaking your opinion man. But I can have mine as well so don't question my opinions in a childish manner if you haven't even kept up with the season.
  9. Well put. By all means I am not putting every loss on Tito but his lack of ability to manage the bullpen has cost us in numerous games this season and past seasons. Another point is that he is way too passive on the base paths. This team has tremendous speed but we never use it...the blue jays honestly won the game tonight because they were relentless on the bases. Same thing with the Rays, Angels etc... Sometimes you have to switch s*** up. Joe Torre is one of the greatest coaches of all time but the Yankees had to make a change. Its part of the game and I believe Tito's time is up.
  10. Why not try to go get Torey Lovullo?
  11. You are a moron.
  12. are you two over the age of 12?
  13. Like I said, there are probably hundreds of coaching prospects to fill in and get the job done. You can hop off Franconas dick anytime now...
  14. Lol Whiskey your only defense is "who is going to take his spot". Youre awesome lol
  15. Hell Francona never had a winning record as a coach until he got to Boston. Francona came to Boston with a Star studded line up and staff and gets his ring.
  16. I'm not going to say I know a manager to take Tito's spot but there have got to be hundreds of excellent coaching prospects out there waiting to take a major league job.
  17. Whoa whoa, someone is getting testy. You tell me why we should we keep Tito....champ?
  18. Joe Maddon imo is the best "Manager" in the game. He treats every game like its a playoff game and that is why they are so successful. He does his homework and plays match ups. He has a team full of s*** bum, washed up, and young players yet they still dominate bc he knows how to manage a baseball game.
