  1. Life happens right. I am back and I am having this ongoing argument with my brother. We live in Toronto. He is a die-hard fan of the Jays, and I am obviously a DH fan of my bosox. I told him, you stick with your team through the good and bad. Not to sure how I feel about the new Manager, but yeah, just saying a hello.
  2. LMAO... lol... don't even.. they haven;t learned yet.. every year EVERY year I have to hear about the leafs how "this is our year" I do not pay attention to hockey, ill stick with sports that play on grass.
  3. When I was 8 years old my first baseball hat was from my Uncle who lived in the Bronx, so naturally It was a yankees hat. My dad was never into baseball, so I had to play and learn with cousins who were yankees fans. My first game was the Jays vs Yankees 3rd baseline, greatest feeling ever. Then I became a rockies fan for a minuet, and went to the Jays at that was the home team. Not going to lie pretty cool to be part of a back-2-back world series champs. THEN came 1994 the notorious strike, that tore me up and took me years to get back to watching it and following it. Something about the Red Sox clinged to me, so I started following it I would say just about after the WS, really began to get into it, and fell in love with Baseball all over again. Needless to say this is the first year I am getting back into the swing of things, and really glad I found this forum. That is my story :-)
  4. I visited Boston during the christmas time, we stayed at a beautiful B&B on the Newbury St. It was called the Newbury Guest House, fairly reasonable, and very close to Fenway. I believe it took us under 20min by the T (subway line) Yes I went to Fenway during the Blizzard and even though the stadium was covered in snow, it was my first time going and it was incredible. Just saying :-) .. Hope that helps..
  5. I am also on a MAC. One of those times I would really appreciate cable.
  6. This is heartbreaking. I live in Toronto, and my friends are jays fans, and they are giving me this look "should stick with your home town".. I believe in the bosox, I have loved them for a long time and will stay devoted but wtf.. ... not cool.. The need that umph.. yes it is early in the season, but 0-5 really... What is going on?
  7. still trying to get a hang of this, quite new to forums, never used them...
  8. Hey Everybody, I am from Toronto, and a lover of the bosox which makes people here irk cause i am not a jays fan. After a few years of breaking from baseball talk i deeply miss it and getting back into the swing of things. So i thought this would be the best way to go about it. ~Freed
  9. I am hoping they pick it up. I love the sox with all my heart but 0-4 really?
