Please don't tell me he's that annoying guy in a bar in Des Moines that has been to the old Yankee stadium once - on an off day - but managed to get the stadium tour, and got his picture taken next to Jeters locker whilst breathing in the sweet aroma of his jock strap, and has since bored every customer in the bar with the story for the last 25 years. That would be too funny, although entirely believable. lol

Blown away that someone would support their hometown team who basically suck, year in, year out, instead of following the Yankees from 5000 miles away and calling myself a 'fan,' just so I can say I support a team that wins? It's called loyalty and the fact you don't get that says more about you than it does me.

Coming out for The Pads series later in the year and wanted some heads up advice on the best places to stay for nightlife/bars. Any decent hotel recomendations greatly appreciated. The Sox have become everyone's 'second team to watch' in San Diego for obvious reasons, and when he comes good......guys......he really is good.
