  1. Game time, let's kick some ass.
  2. Exactly, Mike Cameron was a stopgap outfielder, not a 142 million dollar superstar of an investment.
  3. Indeed, I'm in full-on "Root Against the Phillies" mode. I hope to God someone knocks their asses out before we're the ones that have to do it. I think we can beat them, but I'd rather not have to.
  4. It would be very stupid in my opinion to even think about dealing CC. His talent didn't just evaporate, last thing I want is to dump him and then watch him play like the guy we paid for. Way too early to give up on him.
  5. Not until 2014, you're referring to Ells right? I want to win now and Bedard is our best chance at doing that. Robinson would've been a nice piece to have in our farm but he isn't essential.
  6. The Cubs can suck substantial amounts of erect penis, there's a very good discussion about this over on SOSH. I doubt it happens.
  7. I'm focused on this year. If RF were an issue going forward, then yes I'd be more towards Trayvon if not completely for him, but we have two guys who, while not as talented, could fill the spot just fine.
  8. Well, all I'm saying is that given the needs of the club, I'm going Bedard. We didn't need an outfielder, we needed a pitcher. We got a very good pitcher for a very good prospect.
  9. We needed a pitcher, we got one. Plus it isn't like we have an issue with outfield depth. We have Kalish and Reddick to duke it out for RF and Center and Left are set for several more years. I take Bedard every single time in this situation.
  10. Keep in mind, though, that Texas has a habit of doing to Lackey what we do to Fatassia. I'm very happy with last nights performance. My club remains valid.
  11. My mojo had us beat Texas and had Lackey not get slaughtered by them, that is all that needs to be said.
  12. 4 ER in 6 2/3 for the Lackeynator tonight, I suppose that's okay considering how badly Texas normally beats his ass.
  13. Okay, I'm gonna f*** off for a bit. Seems like I'm screwing it up.
  14. My mojo, it is strong so far.
  15. JLDNSC mojo in effect, prepare for a winning streak of epic f***ing proportion. s***'s about to get real.
  16. I'll do it. Lackey's pitching this series afterall. Anybody else touches the GT, I'll have my adorable kitty claw your eyes out.
  17. Okay, I'm saying this now. Don't be surprised if Lackey blows on Tuesday, Texas hits him very well. That said, I am still president of this fine club and his ERA is still in the mid 3's since the break. That is all. And would it be douchey of me to take credit for the cropping up of all these different clubs? EDIT: And all 4 games televised? f*** yes.
  18. Off-topic and irrevelant but too funny not to post. NYYfans: Meh ... Pedroia is a good player but he's no Robbie Cano. Pedroia has to play ball, on 6th gear, redlining it at 9000 RPM to do what Cano can do ... effortlessly.
  19. Insulting Bruce Springsteen, for anything at all, is like insulting A-Gon. You can't do it, just no. Glory Days is a classic, as is that whole album.
  20. Would anybody be opposed to me being the designated Lackey GT maker?
  21. That's disappointing. Walks? Stinging liners? It seems he struggles a lot in the early going then settles down somewhat. Eh, could be worse. Not what I would've liked to see tonight though.
  22. So was tonight bad defense, bad luck, or sucking of balls by Lackey?
  23. Fat f***er isn't too hot tonight, maybe all that weight starting to catch up to him.
  24. The MLB didn't want too much gay on one roster so they got Salty and his awesome facial hair to even it out.
