  1. I'm ok with a 9th inning rally.
  2. Lowrie - Pedroia - Gonzalez - Youk - Ortiz due up to face Balfour.
  3. f***ing unbelivable ********. Can the umps f*** us any harder than they are right now?!?!
  4. Wow. That's low as s***. Ump hasn't given that call all game.
  5. Craw needs to go 1st pitch here.
  6. Why was the ump signaling safe if it was interference??
  7. f***ING HORSESHIT!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Oh my God. Ells was in easy.
  9. Anderson is just bending us over and having his way with each and every one of us.
  10. Gonzo will take Anderson deep this inning.
  11. f*** Anderson. f*** this guy.
  12. Poor Remy. Love that guy.
  13. Wow. Solid to get out of that by Lackey. Lets push a couple across here.
  14. DAMN YOU!! What was I, 3 seconds too late?!?
  15. Hell, Gonzo check swung at that pick off move! f***ing balk city.
  16. Lackey just said "Jesus fellas. Give me time to take a piss"
  17. Hey don't worry about working the count at all guys. Make sure you keep his pitch count nice and low.
  18. Snider just struck out with the bases loaded and 2 outs. Looked foolish on a curveball. Got pissed and snapped his bat over his knee. Very Bo Jackson-esque.
  19. I agree. Between tomorrow's day game following tonight's night game, paired with the fact that Buchholz doesn't like throwing to Tek, plus Beckett throwing Thursday, I fully expected Tek catching tonight so that it could go Tek - Salty - Tek. Now it's going to go Salty - Salty (back to back on night game/day game) - Tek. ????
  20. Dude. I still don't step on the chalk when I'm running off the field during slow pitch softball games. And if the bats are crossed, I straighten them out.
  21. So. The line ups are out. I'm not going to post them, because I haven't posted them yet during these last few games. I'm just saying they're out.
  22. No joke. Not to mention he's had to face two of the most potent offenses at the time in the AL in his first two games. Runs per game as of the game in which Lackey faced them: Rangers - 8.67 Runs per Game (during entire series vs Red Sox) Yankees - 5.83 Runs per Game A's - 3.63 runs per game, 3.71 runs per game at home. Obviously it's no excuse for how Lackey threw, but maybe going up against an offense that is hitting .236/.300/.357 will give him the boost he needs to get back into the groove. Not to mention Lester - Beckett - DiceK combined to throw 20 IP of 0.90 ERA baseball, hopefully that will give Lackey a little kick in the ass. Finally, Lackey's next 4 starts are @OAK, @LAA, vs SEA, and vs LAA. Taking into account the location of the games, last year, Lackey went 3-1 with a 3.22 ERA in those same situations.
