  1. I'm not sure whats more annoying, this offense or AtWork's pictures.
  2. Geez. Unbelievable.
  3. Probably, but we're due a few calls after the past couple weeks.
  4. Looks like the tag was swiped just before he got there. Pretty crazy.
  5. Atta boy Craw. Way to use the legs.
  6. Damn Crawford. You gotta swing at that offspeed stuff. You can actually catch up to it.
  7. bad news bears out there tonight.
  8. Damn. We can't put it together right now.
  9. Well. If Jed knew how to advance the runners, that's a run. When this team is struggling to score, why the hell don't you try to manufacture them, especially with a guy who can't hit traffic right now.
  10. Lowrie. You're worthless. Bunt please.
  11. Dude. Really? 1 hit and a 2 out RBI does not justify his .152 avg, .552 OPS in the 2nd half. His age is catching up, and it becomes evident in the 2nd half.
  12. oh haha ok good. my bad man. between it being online and the massive Crawford hate on here, it's tough to pick up on sarcasm.
  13. Ugh. Here comes Beckett's regression. Already see it. 2.77 ERA in 2nd half vs 2.27 ERA in 1st half. 1.02 WHIP in 2nd half vs 0.95 WHIP in first half. I know nobody has talked about it, but after his start vs SEA, I can see how it could come up, and I wanted to debunk it before it came up.
  14. I would rather see Crawford hitting 2nd than Lowrie any day of the week.
  15. Wow. Lowrie is so brutal. Why is he hitting 2nd??
  16. I think Crawford can go 0-fer the series and bump up his BA right now. Man he looks bad up there. Does he look like he's just starting way too late to anyone else? To me it seems like he's so late to get started and by the time he is taking his stride, he just has to panic swing and flail at the ball.
  17. JD Drew only provided $14mm of value in 2 of his 5 seasons in Boston. He had an average value of $11.7mm (right now, future performances pending, but it will almost certainly be below 12mm), so how is his contract not considered a bust? Because he outperformed his contract in 40% of his seasons, but underperformed in 60%?
