Well, Aceves hasn't gotten an out yet. I understand it's early, but we need a strikeout pitcher in the bullpen. The closer could end up hurting us a lot more than Cook could as a 5th starter.

I say go with Aceves. Aceves allows 38% of inherited runners to score, so he does a lot better in clean innings.

I say go Salty - Youk. More likely that you'll need a knock from the next hitter than this hitter, so use the guy who is more likely to give you a knock in the 2nd slot.
