  1. since joining celtic attacked in street-hospilatised constant sectarian abuse sent live nail bombs in the post sent bullets in the post last night he was attacked by an opposition 'fan' check out the cap his attacker wore http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2011/05/11/article-1386060-0C023A1500000578-813_634x373.jpg neil lennon crime????? being an irish catholic celtic manager
  2. after taking all of april to settle in gonzo has his power back 4 behind leaders still confident
  3. Anyone have the line ups for tampa boston game?
  4. Gone in again at 16/1 after last night's blast to left field Read a blog on bleacher report today that had a graphic of where his balls landed from his at bats at petco They then removed petco from the gaphic and replaced it with fenway dimensions and reasoned he'd have hit 51 long balls last year (not enough to lead majors last year but could this year) Facing better pitching this year? Maybe but fact he's in better line up would balance that out Another helpful pointer is moving from NLW (3 of the 5 grounds in bottom 10 in the majors for long balls) and moving to ALE (fenway, yankee stadium, camden yards and rogers all in top 10, tropicana rated 14, for long balls)- so should hit more on the road too
  5. and nice start tonight in spring training:thumbsup:
  6. agon/gonzo 2009- 40 homers (only 12 at home) 2010- 31 homers (only 11 at home) would be fair to say in last 2 years if he hit the same at home as he did away he'd be in the frame this year i would expect him to hit more at home than he hits on the road and the extra post season games as well this year 16/1 still available for those who fancy it:D
  7. I looked at dunn but only 8/1 compared to the 16/1 on offer for ADRIAN gonzalez Espn fantasy project 40 homers for agon, upwards of 43 or so could win it I still think its decent 16/1 chance
  8. Bets on anyway, already factored in he will playing more games than most as he'll play all the post season games inc the WS win:D
  9. I think so as fenway will suit him, he knocked in plenty last year despite playing in SD Had a bet on him to do so at 16/1 (think that's +1600 in US odds) if you can gamble online stan james still have the 16/1

  20. Gonzalez looks like he could be a sensation at fenway, he sounds up for the battle too Where does that leave us with crawford?? Looks like it will be too expensive, hoping he'll not end up in NY Jayson werth? What a deal he got himself, crawford in even better position now
  21. http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/boston_red_sox/ Red Sox Looking To Acquire Top Outfielder By Ben Nicholson-Smith [December 1, 2010 at 8:28am CST] The Red Sox have been relatively quiet this offseason, making a waiver claim and a couple minor trades, but generally staying out of the spotlight. They’ve been busy behind the scenes, according to Michael Silverman of the Boston Herald who reports the team is working hard to sign Carl Crawford or Jayson Werth. Silverman suggests Crawford is asking for an eight-year deal and Werth is asking for a six-year deal. Since teams such as the Angels, Rangers and Tigers could use outfielders and have money, the asking price in terms of dollars and years figures to remain high for both players. As Silverman points out, a new deal could surpass the J.D. Drew and John Lackey contracts to become the largest free agent deal under Boston's current ownership group
  22. i've added that one
