  1. One in the same, someone who... pleasures themselves. Alone.
  2. The strange thing about all this? I don't recall this happening on Rangers forums after Hicks took over. Out of interest, how is Hicks perceived by yourselves?
  3. Be a shame if you though that of a few ill-judged remarks. Honestly most reds who have signed up here do not want any type of aggrevation.
  4. They never have, and like I say, the editor at the time has never apologised. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillsborough_disaster#The_Sun_newspaper_controversy
  5. I hate that this is spilling over onto a Red Sox forum. It's sad to see, and I can only apologise that people who supposedly 'follow' other teams feel the need to be such idiots.
  6. The Sun have never really apologised for that headline. They did a half arsed attempt after Rooney sold his story to them but the then editor Kelvin McKenzie has never apologised.
  7. Good grief, are you from Manchester? Do you like using the deaths of foorball fans to provoke your rivals? Your comments from Hillsborough are ill-judged and come from a false headline from the Sun. I suppose your stance makes it out to chant about winning the European Cup without, in your words, "killing anyone". This lad should be ignored, and if possible banned. Anyone interested in Hillsborough should go here. http://www.contrast.org/hillsborough/history/index.shtm And not listen to someone who is clearly intent on causing trouble and disharmony. He also, dare I say it, gives Manchester United fans a bad name.
  8. Sporting Intelligence is a reputable site, they did well showing up Huang for being the con merchant he was. Broughton said at the time that bidders who were serious wouldn't be doing their talking in the press and that's how it came to pass. And to think, The Times ran that idiotic front page headline 'China Buys Liverpool'. Quite.
  9. The top quote that The Guardian has there from a Red Sox forum is hopefully the minority and not the majority.
  10. Yeah you'll have an influx of ill-informed internet warriors in the coming days. People who wouldnt know a Yaz from a Youk.
  11. Thanks for the response, mate. Appreciate you taking the time.
  12. Apologies to Red Sox fans who have no interest in football and are having this thread taken over.
  13. Apart from last sunday when Blackpool were applauded off the pitch at full time for beating us at Anfield. Or when all opposition goalkeepers are applauded when they take their place in the goal at the Kop end. Yeah, never happens.
  14. I'm both a Liverpool and Red Sox fan, I've browsed this forum for a while but I've never registered but some of the stuff being written on this thread compels me to do so. First, the burning of the American flag was done in an unsanctioned protest by a few people, they aren't representing the fanbase as a whole and were widely condemned by our fanbase upon doing it. On the supporters, I'd suggest if people want to find out about Heysel then they should read up on it from some credible sources, it's a dark day in our history but to pretend that we were the only ones with a hooligan element in our fanbase is just untrue. On the chants that a small minority of fans sing, they are vile and they are sung by a small element at away games. Rewatch the recent Man Utd - Liverpool game to hear at huge amount of Old Trafford chant about us being 'murderers'. I appreciate that fans of other football teams don't like us, but don't call us hysterical, anti-American or hooligans. The anti-American chants were just shorthand for Hicks and Gillet, not for the country as a whole. Please do not think otherwise.
